In 1998 during my last semester at U.S.C. is where I began my career in the world of real estate as a loan officer at the now closed Money Source. Where only after 2 months I was on of the top producers in a staff of 60. After graduating from The University of S.C in Dec. of 1998 I moved to Miami Beach, FL to restart a previous modeling career. In April of 1999 I moved to Charleston, SC I and started as a loan officer for a small correspondent lender in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Moving my way up the ladder over the next 5 years to manager/account executive I then earned equity in the company as co-owner of Unlimited Mortgage. Shortly thereafter I decided to go out on my own and opened Mortgage Professionals, LLC in the fall of 2002 where I have been blessed to have great associates contribute to the success of the company. At one point I had as many as 13 employees and associates. We have been preferred lender on many developments. In the summer 2006 I decided to get my real estate license because I owned quite a bit of real estate myself, and had many friends and contacts that needed an experienced real estate agent. In my opinion the real estates sales business was in need of more experienced business people. That isn't to say there aren't some sharp realtors in the business I just feel my experience offers more to the public then the majority of realtors can. Then in 2008 an insurance company based out of Columbia, SC offered me the chance to head up the beginnings of a new push to open a coastal office of their agency. Seeing how the real estate and mortgaga industry had all but crashed I decided that was a opportunity I couldn't pass up. So it was I went to insurance school and the rest is history. Now I am a licensed Realtor, a mortgage veteran, and insurance agent ALL in 1... |
